Portal Overview & Key Tabs
Log In to Grandstream GDMS
Go to the GDMS dashboard: https://www.gdms.cloud/uc/dashboard
Log in with your admin credentials.
GDMS UC Portal Layout
After logging in to the GDMS UC portal, administrators are presented with a centralized dashboard and multiple navigation tabs. Each tab serves a specific operational or management purpose.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a high‑level overview of the UC environment.
Key Information Displayed
Online and offline PBX status
Summary of managed CloudUCM and UCM devices
System health indicators
Recent activity and alerts (if enabled)
The Dashboard is primarily used for quick visibility rather than configuration.
Organization
This section allows you to switch between organizations (if you have more than one).
Overview
This section provides details about the device and call statistics.
Extensions
The Extensions tab provides visibility into extension‑level information across managed PBXs.
Key Functions
View extension lists with their associated servers under sub section SIP Account
View SIP Servers with their server name and address under sub section SIP Server
Monitor registration status
Review basic extension details
Note that extension creation and call logic configuration are handled on the PBX, not directly within GDMS.
UCMRC (UC Management)
UC Management is the primary section for managing On-Premise PBX instances and Cloud Storage.
Key Functions
Add and manage On-Premise PBX instances and Cloud storage
Add and monitor on‑prem UCM devices
View PBX connectivity and status
Launch PBX web interfaces directly from GDMS
All SIP trunk configuration, including DIDforSale integration, is performed inside the PBX interface accessed through this section.

CloudUCM
CloudUCM is the primary section for managing Cloud PBX instances.
Key Functions
Add and manage Cloud PBX instances and Wave Server
Add and monitor Cloud UCM instances
View PBX connectivity and status
Launch PBX web interfaces directly from GDMS
All SIP trunk configuration, including DIDforSale integration, is performed inside the PBX interface accessed through this section.
You can click on Add Device to add a Cloud PBX instance and add the provided cloud PBX MAC address.
