Inbound Routes
To handle inbound calls from your DID numbers in your cloud PBX you will need to create a Inbound Trunk to route the call to its destination. This ensures inbound SIP calls with your DID reach chosen endpoints correctly.
In Cloud PBX interface:
Go to Extension/Trunk → Inbound Routes
Click Add to create a new Inbound route

Fill in the details as suggested below
Inbound Route Name
DIDForSale_Inbound
Pattern: Inbound Number Matching Pattern
_1234567890 (your DID number)
Default Mode: Default Destination
Choose a destination — extension, IVR, ring group

Click Save and Apply Changes.
You can also create multiple trunks to handle multiple DIDs separately or can have a generic trunk to send all calls to one destination. The example of handling multiple DID with different destinations is below. In the example below, one DID is ringing to extension 1000 while another is being used as a fax number.

To create a generic inbound trunk set values as per below.
Inbound Route Name
DIDForSale_Inbound
Pattern: Inbound Number Matching Pattern
_x. (To send all incoming calls to same destination)
Default Mode: Default Destination
Choose a destination — extension, IVR, ring group
