# Channels

You can add channels to your account. One account can have multiple channels with options like *Inbound SIP Trunk, Outbound SIP Trunk*.

 You can add channels to your account by clicking on the **“Add Channels”** button.

 To reduce the number of channels you can click on the **“Reduce Channels”** button.

&#x20;You must have enough balance in your account to purchase channels.<br>
