Integration Steps

Access Your PBX/Phone System Settings: Log into your PBX/Phone system admin portal. Navigate to the settings or configuration section.

Locate SIP/VoIP Settings: Look for SIP or VoIP settings within your PBX/Phone system interface. Find options related to trunking, SIP configuration, or VoIP integration.

Create SIP or Add your PBX IP:

Configure SIP/VoIP Settings: Input the SIP credentials provided by DIDForSale. These typically include SIP server address, username, password, and authentication details. Ensure that codecs (g711, ulaw & alaw) and other audio settings align with our recommended configurations.
