Play Message
This feature is used to play an audio file or perform text to speech.
First enter the title for the play message section. If you have added the audio file using the Audio File tab, search the audio file name and add it.
You can also use the “Section Message” option which is a text to speech feature.
Call Transfer
This section connects the active call to the given phone number.
This includes:
Section Title: Give a unique name for this field.
Section Message: You can also use the section message option which is “Text to speech” option, enter the text you would like to play.
Phone number: Enter the number to which the call should be transferred.
Capture Digit
It takes a series of digit from the recipients and indicates the response by pressing digits on the phone
This includes:
Digit limit: The digit length is limited using this field. For example if limit is set to 2, caller is allowed digit within the range of 0-99.
Retries: This field allows maximum time allowed for invalid entry.
Timeout: It sets the time limit if no key is pressed, this section will end.
Min number and maximum number: It sets the the range limit. For example : If digit limit is 2(i.e 0-99) , you can restrict the limit to 10-15. (Min:10,Max:15).
Conference
This section is used to set up conference. Enter the conference number and user will be able to add to conference using the given conference number.
SMS
This section sends a text message to the given number.
This includes:
Section title: Give a unique name to this field.
Section message: Enter what message is to be sent in sms.
Phone number: Enter the phone number you would like to send sms to.
Hangup
After the end of the Call Flow, you can add the Hangup section to disconnect the call automatically.
This includes:
Section title: Give a unique name to this field.
Section message: Enter what message is to be sent in sms.
