# CNAM

**Incoming CNAM :** You can activated the CNAM feature here to get CNAM for your incoming calls. You can choose a DID option like enable or disable CNAM Dip.

**Outgoing CNAM :** Please follow the steps below for update CNAM storage data.

1. Select the DID/s and from the dropdown select option Update CNAM Storage and hit apply.

2. The next page will show you existing CNAM data and will give you an option to either keep it same or update the CNAM. Also, it will give you a summary of associated charges.\

3. After entering a name (within 15 characted including white space and no special character), click the button Save and Continue to update the CNAM Storage Data.
